Chad and Courtney Ludeman
The Ludemans, who have two children and one dog, built the first Postgreen house in East Kensington, a suburb of Philadelphia. Since then, the couple has sold about two houses a year and have also revamped a 1960s A-frame in Dorchester, Pennsylvania, for renters. The home has radiant heat in the concrete floors, as well as foot-thick walls and triple-pane Canadian windows that help cut energy costs.
Henrietta Martinez
Henrietta manages communications at Ludeman Center. She works collaboratively with researchers, community advisors and speaker programs to organize impactful outreach and educational activities. She enjoys working for a team that is both caring and focused. Previously, she worked for a non-profit healthcare and education organization and primary care practice in Denver. She is passionate about ensuring women and transgender people are included in research to shape the future of healthcare for all.
